Used for not even 2 weeks and is mouldy all on the lidAshleyDo not buy. Gets mouldy all in the lid. Not sealed properly and mould makes people sick. This product should be recalled.

Looks great but functionally a disasterCherylThis is lovely looking dispenser but that's as good as it gets. We use it as our filtered water dispenser and there are 2 issues:
1. The bamboo lid will breed mould after a few days due to the moisture collecting in the vessel.
2. The dispenser itself is so slow, you could recite Pi up to decimal point 25 to get a cup of water.
So do yourself a favour and get one with a glass lid and a faster spout.
Looks stylish, utility needs improvementHaiyinMy first thought was to check if there is a non-bamboo lid version, because the material is just incompatible with using it with water. The placement of the spout also made it necessary to tip the entire container to get the last 500ml out. I’m not concerned with the flow rate - perfect for using it with kids!

Bamboo lids get mouldy easily.JieThe jar itself is good, but the bamboo lid is a big downside. It goes mouldy extremely easily, even when I keep it dry. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless the lid material is improved.
Slow water outputAnabelleThe water comes out so slowly. I bought it so I can fit it in the fridge, but it takes so long to refill my water bottle that I'm letting all the cool air out of the fridge.

Absolutely awfulSueThe water only trickles out of the tap. Very frustrating and very disappointing. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I'd return it if it weren't for the fact that the petrol used to get to the store would cost half the purchase price, then add a hour or 2 of wasted time.
Great idea- bad execution.BridgetteI wanted to love this and it’s the perfect size for the fridge. Dispenses water really slowly (which I could deal with) but the bamboo lid was a very poor design choice. Mouldy within a week.

Not bad but not idealRachelLiquid runs through very slowly, also can’t get any liquid out of the bottom inch of the jar due to the height of the tap.
Great item, especially for fridge NickThis item is fantastic. We use it for our cordial drinks and place it on our top shelf of our fridge. The tap works great with not leaking and also no need to lift the lid for air flow. The only issue that makes me give this a 4 star rating and not a 5 star, is when the liquid gets low, you have to physically tilt the jar or open the lid and get the last say 500mls or a little more. It would’ve been better if they had the bottom of the jar on a slight angle on the inside to empty the remaining liquid into the cup etc.
