Damaged and screw holes are too smallJessLike the majority of reviews, the screw holes are too small. The back panel also came dented and damaged prior to assembly.
Love the cabinet but not the assemblyHelenI love the finished cabinet, it's perfect for my studio, storing tools, paints, equipment etc. The stylish green complements the room decor & it's the perfect size.
BUT the assembly was a pain (speaking as an experienced Ikea assembler). The screw holes for the cross-beam attachments were too small, I had to drill them out to enlarge them to fit the screws provided. It was tricky attaching the plastic pieces to the back of the drawer, because there wasn't enough space above where the screws went into the plastic piece to allow a screwdriver to screw them vertically. Working out the hinges was very frustrating. It would've been helpful to have an extra picture to show how to fold them into the configuration for the initial attachment to the doors, & I had to google to work out that the hinge on the door went above the bracket on the side of the cabinet to allow it to snap in. The plastic wall-stoppers are too small for my skirting boards & kept falling out during installation.

Screws do not fit holes - very poor qualityJamieThe screw holes are so poorly machined that they don't fit their screws properly. Of six screws required to fasten the front of the drawer handle, only two would tighten all the way. I tried every screw type in the package to make sure, and in the end I had to give up and drill my own holes. It's astonishingly poor workmanship from Ikea, and really disappointing given it's not a cheap item. I would not recommend this to anyone.
