The sink does not reach all the way to the back of the worktop, which allows you to install a kitchen mixer tap and add other sink accessories as you like.

A sink bowl with a visible front allows you to stand closer to the bowl without needing to lean forward when you wash dishes, which may feel more comfortable for your back.

Do not use scouring-powder, steel wool, hard or sharp tools which can scratch the surface.

To avoid limescale stains, rinse the sink with water and wipe it with a dry cloth

Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild washing-up detergent or soap, if necessary.

Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Regrettable PurchaseAthenaThe sink looked gorgeous when first installed but it didn't take long for permanent marks to appear. Does not withstand normal washing up. I now have what used to be a white sink covered with grey marks. It is not meant to be used as a kitchen sink to wash dishes in. I should have bought the stainless steel version when it was available. Do not recommend this sink. Very disappointing.1
Instructions need a reviewAndrewA good quality product, but the manual is significantly lacking. Unfortunately, the instructions assume the sink will never be installed in an island. Measurements certainly don't work with new metod island accessory kit. I loved the $549 IKEA benchtop until I cut it using the measurements in the installation booklet. Very disappointed.1

Not fit for purposeAnonymousThis sink has been installed for 4 weeks. It isn't even been used to wash dishes as we have a dishwasher but it has crack in it already. It really isn't robust enough as a kitchen sink. It isn'tt the kind the standard I have experienced from IKEA in the past.1
Looks great but not fit for purposeJetteWe bought it as part of our IKEA kitchen. The first one that was delivered had several silver marks all over it and after a lengthy process it was replaced. The second one was been in place for 4 months when a crack appeared. Nothing had been dropped in it, it had only ever been used for normal washing up activitiies, so I would not consider this to be good quality. A sink should be able to cope with the weight of dishes without cracking. . A replacement/refund was refused as the customer care department did not consider a hairline crack to be a quality issue.1

What is ceramic?
