    Cracked Chair Within 1 Week of PurchaseJeongI assembled this chair on the 19th of July 2026; it lasted until the 25th of July 2026 before it cracked. The chair seat in general seemed quite thin. I ended up making a claim online on the 25th of July 2026 in hopes of getting a new chair to replace the cracked one. Customer support have been unhelpful. They have yet to give a helpful suggestion. If you still plan to purchase these chairs it's worth mentioning they're easy to assemble.2
