Good concept lacking replacement partsAngelaBrought my first one in August 2023. Such a good design and concept compared to other bins on the market. Only issue is that after 3yrs the clips on the lid have worn out and no longer stay clipped in. With regular cleaning the bin and lid still look brand new but the lid doesn’t function like it used to. I’ve looked in store and online for replacement parts but it doesn’t seem like they exist. We have brought additional bins for recycling and bottles so have been able to swap the worn out lidded bin to a less used task but it is a shame for a company so focused on reducing waste not to provide small replacement parts to fix an otherwise good condition larger item rendering one of its main functions useless.3
