Why no replacement cover??BelindaSo things are a little different in Australia than Sweeden, we use our outdoor space all year round (there is no winter packdown of our ourdoor spaces). And the sun is particularly harsh.
Hence why we need shade structures like these. But this cover is not able to withstand the Australian sun for too long. Can you please sell replacement covers??1
Very goodGaborIt is an excellent gazebo. We bought two of them to give us shade on our terrace. Good quality, the legs do not take much space. In case of strong wind we remove the top canvas.5

CarportElainePurchased as a cover for our car. This the third one w have purchased.5
So cute!EstherLove it! It is lightweight and easy to erect (my handyman thought so but he needed my help at one point). It is unobtrusive, makes a cosy nook in my backyard, gives a bit of shade. I'll be training climbing plants up the side eventually. Once the fabric decays, the plants will have grown to provide the shade. 5
CoverAnonymous reviewerThe cover didn't last but probably given the price I didn't expect it to. But I cannot find where you can buy a replacement so don't buy if you want to use it for more than six months.2
Just what I wanted!JennyLooks good, needs two people to erect it, hope the cover lasts longer than some reviews report. Of course the instruction sheets could have been easier to follow if the parts were numbered.5
Great shade for price LisaYou really need minimum 2 adults for the assembling and plenty of space.
Everything went together pretty well as per instructions until it was time to screw the top frame onto the support frames. All 3 out of for sets of screws went jn fine except for one corner. The wholes just will not matchup. Literally have put too much effort in it to take apart and take back to ikea with no guarantee of available stock and if new one will also have misaligned screws and holes.
Hopefully not having screws in one place will not mean the shade part will come off. The velcros on the shade cloth alignment could also have been better as well. It fills thin so based on the reviews I will see how many months it will last in the harsh sunlight but at least there is a replacement available now which is good.
It fits the space I wanted it to shade perfectly.
Stars off for misalignments and potential consequences of this 3
Excellent service and deliverYKathrynThe gunnon gazebo is excellent for my needs 😊5
Awesomeness TracyThe awning well made and easy to assemble. Verily sturdy in windy location and great during rainy weather!5
Great shape but sun will wreck it NikkiLove the product, great size and structure. We have 2 to make the gable shape.
Be warned - the sun ruined our covers in 6 months and you can't buy replacements. Now I have 2 metal structures and no shade.2
Pergola - Good ValueCraigEasy to assemble and good value. I purchased two to make one large unit. Needs to be well secured in WA weather5
Poor quality cover. ChristiaanThe quality of the cover is extremely poor and and not designed for the australian sun. Only had it for 7 month and holes are already appearing from sun damage. 1
Excellent buy.SofiaVery happy with this buy. Sturdy and looks good too. A bit tricky to put together but the result is great.5

No replacement tarp/cover, be cautious when purchasing!JadeWe are extremely disappointed, after having our gazebo not even a year the tarp/cover ripped off one weekend when we were out and the wind picked up. We have always looked after it and loved it so much until now! So after contacting Ikea for a replacement they inform us there is no replacement! What am I supposed to do now with an empty frame and no cover...? I'm not going to spend another $200 to then dispose of the frame somehow for it to last another 9 months?! This is extremely wasteful and very frustrating! Every buyer be aware! Do not purchase unless you're prepared to buy a new one every 6-12 months!1
SturdyDebbieOffers great all weather protection outside of my dog grooming salon, very sturdy, easy to install.5
