Disappointing design change after repeat purchaseRicki C.I love these lamps! Use them as bedsides. Originally purchased two some years ago but needed to replace one. Was thrilled they were still available! However, so disappointed when arrived as cord has been shortened from original design (now requires extension cord to plug in centrally under king size bed) & switch sits on top of the bedside table (former length allowed to hang down the side).
Can only assume this was a cost cutting measure. Would have happily paid more for the original designs practicality.4
