FRIDGEJacekIs good but we don't like back wall, always wet or frost.3
Built in optionAlexThe fridge does not have a defrost cycle and tends to built up condensation on the back wall. Overall could be better quality for the price1
Terrible product, horrendous customer serviceAlineWe bought this fridge 3 months and have been issues with heavy condensation at the back of the fridge, which leads to food freezing, thawing and going bad; and the having the condensation catcher at the back overflowing to the point the melamine warped. To add insult to injury, unfortunately IKEA doesn’t seem to be concerned to promptly rectifying the situation, operators bluntly refusing to escalate complaints, ensuring the issue will resolved on the day, only for us to hear the opposite from the courier, who not only refused to take ANY of the faulty items, but left our house, without letting us know he was leaving, just walk away, leaving the items behind and the door front wide open. I’ve been on the phone, again, for the past 40mins and I’ve been mostly left on hold. As an IKEA customer for over 20years, I’ve never had such horrible experience and will reconsider any future purchases.1
Great fridgeVeronicaWe have been extremely happy with our new fridge only hiccup has been getting a cabinetmaker to attach kitchen doors to the fridge would be handy to have a template to give cabinetmaker to help with installation.5

Function solution

Cool throughout, fresh all around

Are you a meticulous fridge organiser or more of a “throw it all in" kind of person? How about the others in your household? Either way, food needs to stay fresh. That’s where fan cooling comes in. A fan behind the back panel circulates air throughout the fridge, so you don’t have to worry about uneven temperatures. Everything stays consistently chilled.
