Terrible product, horrendous customer serviceAlineWe bought this fridge 3 months and have been issues with heavy condensation at the back of the fridge, which leads to food freezing, thawing and going bad; and the having the condensation catcher at the back overflowing to the point the melamine warped. To add insult to injury, unfortunately IKEA doesn’t seem to be concerned to promptly rectifying the situation, operators bluntly refusing to escalate complaints, ensuring the issue will resolved on the day, only for us to hear the opposite from the courier, who not only refused to take ANY of the faulty items, but left our house, without letting us know he was leaving, just walk away, leaving the items behind and the door front wide open. I’ve been on the phone, again, for the past 40mins and I’ve been mostly left on hold. As an IKEA customer for over 20years, I’ve never had such horrible experience and will reconsider any future purchases.1
