It’s simple to direct the light where you want it since the lamp head rotates and moves up and down on the pole.

Impossible designDavidTrust the reviews. Globes are impossible to get in and once you put it together you can’t pull it apart so therefore you can’t return. Dumping it and looking for a better solution
