Suffers a fatal design flawEbonyThis would be a great product apart from one fatal flaw. The 'tray' can not hold a power board cord flat because there is no rebate or gap for the cord to hang neatly over the side. Instead the cord bends awkwardly over the edge, leaving the extension board ungainly angled in the tray. If any plugs are larger than normal (such as a laptop or USB plug), the whole board often topples over. I purchased two of these trays and if I could be bothered to return them, I would.
Not as usefullShahanawazI recently purchased the FÖRSÄSONG Cable Management Tray with high hopes for organising my workspace. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The main issue is that it doesn’t fit my 8-port surge protector comfortably. The tray claims to accommodate such devices, but in reality, it leaves little to no room for anything else once the surge protector is in place.
While the tray includes 8 outlets and 2 USB charging ports, its limited space means I cannot add any additional cables or devices without creating clutter. This significantly reduces its usefulness for someone with multiple chargers or a need for more flexible cable management.
Overall, if you're looking for a simple tray to hold a small surge protector or a few cables, it might work. However, for those with larger or more complex setups, this tray may fall short of expectations. It’s a decent product, but not as versatile as I had hoped.

I can see it being useful for other desk accessories, not just cable management. At first I thought it was called ‘for-a-song’. Now I think that’s what it should really be called 😆.

Classy and functionalStephanieLove this cable trunking a lot more than the former arnbjorn. Steel mesh means that the wires don’t constantly poke out where you dont want them, and the screw attachments are a lot better quality. Also comes with Velcro cable ties. I have three on my Omni desk. My only improvement would be to have this in black for a sleeker look / match existing colour scheme.
