Brilliant TableMegThis little table is very strong and fits well on my small verandah. Fantastic price too. I went back and bought a second table the next day.5
PracticalKasGreat size. Not that stable would prefer some sort of bars joining the legs at heights that are adjustable. Also you won't be able to disassemble as the legs are fixed in tight. 4
Great table CindyI bought this table to put my microwave as I don’t have space on kitchen bench, works well, the size is just right.5
So happy to find what I was looking for.IanThis question is nit applicable to this purchase 5
Excellent Fejan tableWendySturdy table suitable for outdoor or indoor use. We use ours outside and sit various pot plants on them.5
Just the correct size PaulGood little table for picnics5
Looks Great, but Assembly Was DifficultXinyueThe IKEA Fejan table has a simple and stylish design, and it’s the perfect size to pair with the Fejan chairs. However, the assembly process was quite frustrating. Each table leg comes in two parts that need to be inserted together, but they didn’t fit fully (couldn’t go all the way in). I had to use a lot of effort and a hammer to make all four legs the same height. Additionally, the included tool for tightening the screws wasn’t very effective, which made the process even more challenging. Once assembled, the table is sturdy and functional, but the installation could definitely be improved.4
Outdoor tablesZoeThese are a great size for my small porch. Fairly easy to put together (screw holes didn't always match frame holes). 4
Great lightweight tall tanleMareeThis is excellent for anyone bed bound or needing to sit in chair . Lightweight and sturdy 5
Just what I neededMelanieSmall table for putting my coffee on outside, perfect.5
Not the most stable of tablesSylviaNot a very stable table. I used it to shade an enclosed external cat litter box and as a plant stand. It wobbles in the wind or the slight touch or bump. It is probably best used for fake plants and the like that are replaceable. Tried on carpet, slate, tiled and wooden floors - made no difference - now boxed in on my balcony for safety.3
compact, just the right height, perfect for the gardenSoSince this tablet is all metal, it is perfect for the garden area as a working table planting pots 5
Sleek and lightweight Muralidharusing it for my kids 5
HappyAileenEasy to assemble. Lightweight but sturdy. Looks good.5
Table legs don’t line up with screw holes.CaitlinSorely disappointed in this. Needed a small table for a small space. This table is perfect in terms of measurements and quality however trying to assemble it was a nightmare. The legs don’t line up properly to put the screws in. 1
Metals is too weakAnonymous reviewerThe outlook and price of the table is okay. However, the quality of the metal is not good. When I was connecting the two parts of table legs, the outer parts appeared a few cracks without pushing. Three out of four table legs showed cracks over the connection point. It makes me feel disappointed. 4
A fantastic little tableThomasVery happy with the purchase of two of these tables, they are an ideal height for lots of tasks.5
Excellent purchaseCarolSolid outdoor table and looks good Very good value for money!5

Accessories for FEJAN

We split the legs to cut the cost

Developing a product without caring about the price is no challenge, but starting with the price and then continue with the material and the design is harder. It requires thinking outside the box, and that’s what the development team behind FEJAN did when they created a small table for compact outdoor spaces and price-conscious customers.

“We always want to create affordable solutions, but to start with the price when you develop a product is a special challenge. It demands a lot from the whole team, and when we worked with FEJAN, we nearly gave up”, says product developer Anders Adler.

Low price, not low quality

To create a small and functional outdoor table perhaps doesn’t sound that complicated. A tabletop and four legs are all you need, or? “Yes, but no matter how low price we aim for, we must never compromise with the quality. We still had to create a stable and durable table.” Anders and the team decided to use sheet metal and calculated how much they could use without increasing the price. Then it was time to complete the design, and that’s when the tricky part began. “We thought we had a perfect solution with x-shaped legs”, he says. It’s sturdy and cost-efficient but made the packaging too big, which meant high transportation costs. “It was disappointing, so we put the project on hold to find new energy, but then the engineer in our team came up with a clever idea.”

Half legs cut the total cost

Sometimes a pause is just what you need. It gave Anders and the team a chance to break down the problem into smaller parts. And when they did, they found a solution. “We realised we could split the legs, and then customers can screw them together when they assemble the table.” It makes the packaging smaller and lowers the total cost since we can transport more on each pallet. “I’m proud that FEJAN has a price that matches the small package – it’s a table for everyone who wants to create a cosy and comfortable balcony or terrace without spending the whole budget on furniture.”
