Not the bestAnaThe plastic let this item looking a little 'cheap' and it is too light, so when you are pulling the paper it moves everywhere. Also, this sort of items generally come with a spring activated arm that locks the paper towels themselves into place. This piece does not have this feature and the towels start unfolding from the roll as there is nothing to stop them. Lots of room for improvement.2
