They really need to be 620mm minimum.StuAs mentioned in another review, these panels are actually 615mm which means they cannot go flush with the front of the doors AND extend all the way to the back of, say, a kitchen Island. Because of this, my kitchen panels are flush with the doors on everything except the island, which is frustrating.2
Care with SizingKenAll base cabinet cover panels supposed to be 62cm are actually 61.5cm (615mm). This makes a huge difference if you want your panels to end flush with the doors. Most times this would not be a problem but take care if the full depth of the panel is exposed...as would be the case at the end of a cabinet run. Always buy extra end panels for the factory-finished edges. Your installer will thank you for it.5

Be carefulTrentThe whole Enkoping kitchen design is geared towards the use of 'deco strips' (cover panels are all a bit longer than the wall and base cabinets) - which isn't bad in and of itself, except for the fact that the Enkoping deco strips sold by IKEA are defective and have been for some time. Just be careful when buying these cabinets as there is no ETA when IKEA will resume selling defect free deco strips.1

Material

What are foil and laminate?

Some wood materials need protection with a durable and easy-care foil or laminate surface. The choice depends on the end use and desired finish. We often use paper foil for storage furniture, while plastic foil suits demanding areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Today, the plastic we use is mostly recycled and our goal is to use plastic from renewable sources. Laminate is made of resin-impregnated paper, which adds a durable and moisture-resistant surface for countertops.
