Both shelves arrived damaged CraigBoth shelves were delivered with dents in them, one with a dent so significant that the coating had come off and the metal underneath was exposed. I was also delivered the wrong items originally ( they were for someone else) they had to come and collect them and give me my order. May be the fault of the delivery company ikea uses, don’t know, I ordered from ikea, the rest is up to them. The unit itself is pretty fragile, not very good quality but also not very expensive, I would return it if I could easily, unfortunately not easy for me to do.1

Great product but annoying shelf clipsKerryThese shelving units are exactly what I needed for my wardrobe. But I think the shelf clips are way too small and they pop out easily when you are trying to put it together and then you are crawling around trying to find the two halves of the shelf clips and these clips are really small. And the top shelf crashed down when the clips pinged off so now my bottom shelf has huge dents in it where the top shelf fell down onto it. I found them very frustrating. Now I understand why the display model was missing clips. They ping off suddenly. I think Ikea should design a more sturdy clip that is easier to install.4
