Substandard fittingsKymThe studs meant to keep the shelf in place are plastic, some broke as we were putting them in, and they can’t be reused when you move the shelf. I don’t have a lot of faith that the shelf will stay in place. As a result, we have less shelves than we wanted - but the frame is already attached to the wall so we are stuck with it. 1

Why have bamboo shelves been discontinued??AmandaI have an Elvarli unit that I purchased a couple of years ago which I'm generally happy with and want to add a couple of drawers and a bamboo shelf (80 x 36) to go with the rest of it. It seems the bamboo shelves are now discontinued and only available in white, despite still being listed on your Elvarli Buying Guide in store. Disappointing! :( Also, the drawers don't extend out very far, would be better if they extended out further for ease of access. 3

Feels solidJeremyFeels like it's got a metal sheet glued to some MDF. Makes it feel solid, and will probably last a long time. Paint quality, hole alignment good. Only negative I see is the means of affixing to the frame which is by 4 small plastic pins.4
