Quality is going down hill!BoxiangThe colour of the mixer is much darker compared to the exact same model I purchased a few years ago. Guess the plating is not as good. You need to order the item before pickup on the second day, which is more inconvenient than picking it up from the store floor.
Solid and good tapOmarThe tap itself is very well made, and the installation process was pretty good. The only negative thing that I have with it which I didn’t know when I was buying it was that the handle is not centered. The cold water gets turned on in the middle and the left water gets turned on all the way to the left side. Tried removing the handle to see if I can adjust the angle but felt like I was going to break it

Simple & practical AnnaI need a tap with the traditional outlet in order I can fit in a handheld shower to shampoo my hair on top of the vanity other than in the shower. This tap front where water comes out is just perfect.
