Terrible productMirandaAbsolutely terrible product, very unhappy with this item as it was difficult for my husband to build when he normally g in cds things very easy. It seems to be missing parts and is lopsided. So unhappy would like a complete refund as one of the worst things I have ever purchased from IKEA and found the wood flimsy and screws too short. If I could give a zero out of 5 I would as I drove 3.5hrs to cluck and collect and am so disappointed as it’s not a cheap product. Forest hold as many shoes as I thought it would.

Handy in a small spaceJessMy dad put this together for me and found it to be easy although the instructions could do with more words to accompany the pictures. Easy to purchase online and offered the option to be delivered on a day of my choosing. Delivery company offered a 12hr delivery window which wasn't very helpful. Overall the item does what it says and has plenty of room to store my shoes in a very small apartment

Terrible product - would not recommendKashfiaI was really excited about this product because it looks great in the photos but honestly, assembling it was a nightmare. The instructions were super unclear, the wood felt fragile and even cracked when I applied minimal pressure. Once built, it’s not sturdy at all unless you actually nail it to the wall.
We usually love IKEA stuff and have never had issues putting things together before, but this one was a big letdown. It wobbles, barely fits three pairs of shoes per row, and the design just doesn’t make sense especially for people renting, since you can’t safely secure it without drilling into the wall. It looks nice once up, but I really wouldn’t recommend it.
Not too spacious for big shoesTrevorEasy to assemble although slightly time consuming. However, I wear size 11 shoes, and each drawer can only manage 2 pair easily. When I push a 3rd pair into the drawer, they tend to fall out the back of the drawer. The unit would probably be fine for smaller women's shoes.

The one negative is that it only comes with two front feet as it’s designed to be attached to a wall. I’m in a rental so decided to rest it against other furniture. I couldn’t use the two feet as I needed it to sit flat on the ground. I used weights inside the back of the base to keep it steady.
