Still perfect, purchased 8 years ago!KerrieI've had this lamp for 8 years now. I still love it. Looks the same as the day I bought it. I've turned it on every night since, and the original IKEA bulb is still going. At the same time, I also bought the matching floor lamp (more rounded shape) that IKEA used to sell (wish they still sold that as well) and the IKEA bulb on that has just gone tonight (8 years!). I hope the new recommended clear bulb is just as good and casts the same lovely shadows on the wall. Very well made, timeless design, suits and warms any decor.

What is bamboo?
