Great product but unfortunately the instructions are wrongKirstyThe instructions included with the wall upright say that the countersunk screw for mounting the guide rail to the wall should have a head of 7mm diameter while the round head screw to mount the wall uprights should have a head of 8mm diameter. (Neither are provided).
In fact the mounting rail screws can have 8mm heads. The wall uprights actually need a head of 7mm. Anything larger sticks out so that the brackets can’t be installed where there is a screw. Screws suitable for wall mounting with 7mm heads are very hard to find. There are none in the sets of screws sold at IKEA. The error in the instructions meant multiple trips to the hardware store.
IKEA please fix these instructions so they give the correct screws required for the job, and please provide a kit with a selection of screws for the different wall mounting options that includes specialised screws needed for your products. I would happily buy a bunch of screws I don’t need if I could be sure it included the ones I do need.2
