Perfect for my purposes! 🤩JenniferI moved into a new house recently with 3M high ceilings and a 7x9m kitchen/dining room. I had a vision of a bank of wall cabinets but didn’t want to take up too much floor space.
I bought 3 Billy’s with the top extension for the middle and two normal sized ones. I added solid doors to the middle 3.
We’ve placed the bookcases on either side of the 3 with doors and placed the shelves at odd levels, according to the size of our books and ornaments.
I love how versatile the Billy’s are and how many options there are for choose-your-own style.
Ours have the best of everything with room to space out our belongings and ensure they’re not cluttered.
We also have the option of storing more personal items (or the messy stuff 😄) behind the closed doors.
My only suggestion would be to improve instructions for installing the handles. I struggled to place them evenly and, in hindsight, I wish I’d placed them at the top of the doors.
All-in-all, I highly recommend the Billy cabinets 🙂
