Confusing and excitingRupertParts arrived in several packages (at least 4 separate packages). Received multiple manuals and also multiple duplicate manuals. Had to ignore several steps in the manual (including ignoring the very first step in the manual). Had to guess extra steps that were missing from the manual. Had to drill several holes with a drill (not provided). Very difficult to fit the shelves in because they are too wide to fit past the vertical edges of the metal shelf supports -- it required a lot of force to get the shelves into the right positions. At the end, finished with a surprisingly big collection of leftover and unused pieces. Overall a confusing and exciting construction experience.
