Received a second hand damaged lampAnonymous reviewerThe lamp arrived in a box that had been opened and the inner cardboard bracketing damaged/removed. The lamp had a dent on it. I contacted customer service and had a total lack of interest from staff. They wanted me to pack it back away and wait for them to let me know when it was backing stock. I contacted them again a month later, when I could see it was in stock and hadn't heard from them, was told they would get back to me. Years later and they still haven't contacted me! Due to other struggles in my life I let it go. Lamp works fine, customer service has gone down the 🚽4
