How to sleep quicker, deeper and better

We can help you find the rhythm in your day with a good night’s sleep. Everybody wants to fall asleep as quickly and easily as possible, and getting uninterrupted sleep is when we’ll sleep deeper and rest fully. Experts suggest we need between seven and nine hours of rest in order to rise refreshed and ready for the day. Let us help you find your most natural way of sleeping and guide you on how to set up your space for your best possible sleep.*

Finding that just-right temperature

It’s no secret that being the wrong temperature at night can interfere with your sleep. Controlling the temperature in your bed and bedroom will help you ensure your body stays at that just-right temperature too. Finding the right duvet, and bedding combo that keeps you warm but still lets you breathe is crucial to a good night’s sleep.

Pick the sleep position (and bedding) that’s most you

It can be hard to control which position feels most natural to us when we fall asleep. Work with whatever way of sleeping is most ‘you’ and match your mattress and pillows to suit. Whether you’re a back, side, or front sleeper, we can help you work with your body and find the right type of mattress and pillow combination. We want you to find your best sleep yet.

Create sleep-friendly lighting in your bedroom

Light levels play a pretty important part in our sleep quality – but you can harness the power of light to sleep better. Why not try making your room extra dark at night with blackout curtains? Now set the mood with dimmable smart lights. As your eyelids begin to droop, simply press a button from the comfort of your bed and drift off into the land of nod.

Style to block unwanted sound spoiling your sleep

Whether you’re kept awake by noisy neighbours or woken up by bumps in the night, sound can severely impact the quality of our sleep. Thin walls is a super common problem that can easily be solved, and with style! Muffle the noise travelling into your bedroom by hanging up a rug on your wall. Extra soft furnishings like throws, curtains and cushions can also do the trick!

Breathe in clean (and green) air

You are what you breathe and the air quality in our bedrooms can have a big impact on how we sleep. There are some electronic solutions, such as sleeping with a ceiling fan on to circulate air in your room, or using an air purifier. But you can also try it the old-fashioned, all natural way! Say ‘Hej!’ (Hello in Swedish!) to some little green friends, and breathe a bit easier at night.
