You may use the Questions and Answers (Q&A) function (where available on the IKEA website) on the product page to submit a question(s) regarding that same product.  The question(s), if it meets the requirements below, will be reviewed by an IKEA Customer Service assistant who will shortly provide a response to that submitted question(s). Both the question(s) and provided answer(s) will then be made available to the public on the same product listing page.

The question(s) must:

  • Not likely infringe on any intellectual property rights of any other person(s), including, but not limited to copyright laws;
  • Not be defamatory in nature, or likely to be perceived as defamatory to IKEA or to any other third party;
  • Not be inappropriate or offensive in nature, including potentially towards any other unrelated third party;
  • Be a genuine product query (determined by IKEA AU in its sole discretion) regarding the same product where the question was submitted; and
  • Not contain any personal information of any person(s), or any information that is likely to identify any person(s)
