What do I do if my IKEA appliance has stopped working?
We're sorry to hear your IKEA appliance isn't working. We can assist you with this as long as the appliance is still under guarantee and you have your proof of purchase.
IKEA Appliances have their own guarantees and become active from the original date of purchase from IKEA. Please double check your guarantee as the guarantee period is dependent on the manufacturer.
Please see our product guarantees here to see if your appliance is still covered under guarantee. If there are any issues with your appliance within this guarantee period, please contact us with your receipt or bank transaction details.
If your appliance is out of guarantee, we can still contact the manufacturer with an out of guarantee request, however you will be billed for any work or parts. Alternatively, you can contact the manufacturer directly.
