Why isn't my voucher/discount code working?
Ensure you have met the minimum spend required to use your voucher and that there are no other offers on your purchase.
- The discount code is input correctly (it is case sensitive).
- You are logged in to your IKEA Family or IKEA Business account to help us recognise you are eligible.
- The voucher is valid for online use. Birthday and Welcome vouchers can all be used online.
- The voucher is valid and has not expired.
- You reached the minimum spend:
- $50 for IKEA Family Welcome Voucher and Birthday Voucher, excluding services
- That there are no discounted items or IKEA Family priced items in your shopping bag (if the voucher states it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer).
