Where do I enter my voucher/discount code?

You can enter your discount/voucher code on the Shopping Bag page before you click to Checkout. Click the 'Use a discount code' field.

First, ensure you are logged into your IKEA Family account if this is a Welcome or Birthday voucher. 
 
To input your discount code at the online checkout, click into your Shopping Bag and there is a drop down option to 'Use a discount code' under your order summary. This appears before you proceed to checkout and enter your details.
 
Add in your discount code here and this will minus the $10 amount from your order.
 
When shopping in-store, present the email with the voucher to the cashier at the checkout. Remember our vouchers have a set validity:
  • Welcome vouchers are valid for 30 days from the received date.
  • Birthday vouchers have a 1 month validity which is advised on the email.
