IKEA Logan Store Services and Parking

Parking

  • Free and no time limit.
  • Undercover parking and outdoor parking.

Over Height Parking

  • Undercover parking with 2.7m height restriction and trailer parking.
  • For over height vehicles, do not turn right to carpark. Instead, follow the over height vehicle signage and turn left.
  • At the boom gate, speak to security via the intercom to enter.

EV Car Charging

  • Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers onsite.
  • Please bring your own Type 2 cable.
  • The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation.
  • These chargers are visible on Plugshare.

Click and Collect

Once you've received and SMS or email confirming your order is ready, you can collect it from our designated Click and Collect counter. We recommend collecting your items within 24 hours of receiving your notification. 
The best parking is the Click and Collect loading zone. When you arrive, follow the signs to the Click and collect parking, enter the store through the lifts to the ground floor and proceed to Click and collect counters 8 & 9 to collect your order.

External Warehouse

On some occasions, part or all of your order may be ready for collection at our external warehouse. We’ll let you know beforehand with a text message and the external warehouse address.
