Can I order/buy spare parts from IKEA?

All of our hardware and screws that have a part number can be ordered on our website free of charge to be mailed to your home.

Order via your purchase history

You can find and order spare parts for applicable products via your purchase history. Simply login, select your purchase, and select which items you need spare parts for. If you know which part you need, you can also order spare parts here.

Order with the part number

Not logged in? That's okay! Each spare part is identified by a unique 5 - 6 digit number in the assembly guide. You can find the product assembly guide under "Product details" on the product page of your article. Please use this as reference to find the part you need.
Once you have the part number, you can then order it free of charge on our website via the spare parts page.
As these are sent by courier from our overseas warehouse, tracking is not available after dispatch. If you haven't received your spare parts delivery after 4 weeks, please contact us.

The part I need does not have a part number

Bigger spare parts typically do not have a 6-8 digit spare part number. Bigger spare parts are large furniture components such as side panels or drawer fronts. They are always included in the box when you buy an IKEA product.
Bigger spare parts are not available for sale. Depending on the issue:
  • If you have damaged or broken your product and require a bigger spare part to renew it, you will need to purchase a new product. Stock is subject to availability. 
  • If your product was affected by a quality issue or is covered by a guarantee, contact us for support.
