What happens if I try to use a gift card and the checkout fails?
In the event of an interruption to the checkout process, the gift card may be temporarily locked for up to 4 hours as a security measure.
If your checkout is interrupted, your gift card may be temporarily locked for up to 4 hours. This is a security measure. We recommend waiting and trying again later. Unfortunately, the same card cannot be re-applied to the same order until it resets. If you need help, contact customer service for support.
