How do Collection Points work?
Our Collection Points give you the convenience of collecting your IKEA order from a location near you, without having to visit in store.
To see all of the Collection Points we have available, see our Click and Collect page.
During checkout, you can select your preferred location and time to collect your goods. If you preferred location is not appearing as an option, this may be booked out for the time being. Please try again in 1-2 days if this occurs.
When your order is ready to collect, you will receive an SMS/email. Orders will be held onsite for seven days from the date the SMS/email has been sent. Proof of purchase (printed or digital) and photo identification matching the name on the order is required for collection.
If you are sending a nominated person to collect on your behalf, they simply need a copy of the email order confirmation and photo identification. You can also nominate an alternate collector during the checkout process.
