How do I return a Custom Benchtop?

If you wish to cancel your order of a custom stone benchtop, it is best to do so before fabrication begins to avoid any non-refundable fees.

If you order a custom benchtop to complete your new IKEA kitchen, you may cancel the service 24hrs before the check and measure is completed by BE Classic to receive a full refund of the paid service fee.

 

If you choose not to cancel the service or your order does not proceed to the installation of your custom benchtop, then the check and measure service fee will not be refunded.

 

Once fabrication begins, you cannot be refunded for the cost of the custom benchtop or service fee unless for exceptional circumstances as determined by IKEA. You will incur the full cost of the production of your ordered custom benchtop and possible scrapping charges.
