Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
Emails are easily lost in confirmation, IKEA is here to help.
We are sorry to hear this has occurred and have a few suggestions to rectify this!
Please check your spam/junk folder in your emails, in case the email did not come through to your inbox folder. The email should consist of the ordered products, the total services cost, and the order number.
If you are still having trouble locating your confirmation email, you should check your bank account to confirm that the payment was definitely taken. Once you have confirmation of a non-pending transaction on your account, please contact IKEA.
