Yes, when visiting a preferred IKEA store make sure to have the gift registry page close and ready. Select "Buying your gifts in-store or bought them already?" and choose the store you are in. For every product you pick up, you can mark it by selecting "Mark gift". After you have completed your in-store shopping, select "Mark all as purchased".
