How do I use my rewards keys?

You can use your reward keys to redeem rewards that are available to you based on the number of reward keys you have collected.

You can collect reward keys by doing various transactions and interactions: creating an IKEA profile, logging in to the web or IKEA app, create and save a wish list, register and attend a free IKEA Family event, book and attend a planning appointment.

Not to mention purchases online or in-store. As your collection grows, so will the list of rewards available to you. All that’s left is to choose one of our helpful rewards, and we’ll send you a code so that you can put your reward to good use.

    Had a change of mind? Don't worry! Please contact Customer Support or visit exchanges and returns at an IKEA store. They will "un-choose" the reward, which will change the status to 'available' and add the reward keys back to your account.
