Undercover parking and outdoor parking- no time limit

Assissted car loading

If you require assistance lifting heavy items into your vehicle, we are happy to help! Assisted car loading is available between 10 am - 3 pm. Outside of these times please ask a co-worker for assistance. 

Service is located at the Click and collect counters.

Over height car parking

When taking the service road into IKEA, do not turn right to carpark, instead turn left. At the boom gate speak to security via the intercom to enter.

EV car charging 

Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers onsite. Please bring your own Type 2 cable. The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation. These chargers are visible on Plugshare. 

Wheelchairs- 2 wheelchairs

Click and collect

Pick up in-store from the Click & Collect loading zone. Please be aware IKEA Logan has an external warehouse, your pickup could be located in two different locations.

Ensure you have received an SMS or email advising your order is ready for pick up. Please collect your items within 24 hours of receiving this message where possible.

When you arrive, follow the signs to the Click and collect parking, enter the store through the lifts to the ground floor and proceed to Click and collect counters 8 & 9 to collect your order.
