My assembler didn't arrive, what do I do?
If you have booked an assembly service with IKEA and it has passed your booked time slot, please contact us.
The service time window represents any time that your assembler can arrive at your property, not necessarily the duration of the assembly. Please note you must be home for the assembler to commence the service at your property.
Your assembler will give you notice 30-60 minutes prior to arriving, and if it is a larger assembly, they may make prior contact the day before the booking.
Our assemblers may take time finishing prior jobs or disruptions may occur. Please allow some time for them to arrive in case they may be late. If it is passed your assembly service booking, please contact us.
