You can sit up comfortably in bed thanks to the high headboard; just prop some pillows behind your back and you will have a comfortable place to read or watch TV.

Great for Storage, Not So Much for Adult GymnasticsJamie-LeeBought this bed for us (Mum and Dad), and the storage has been really handy. However, after a few rounds of adult gymnastics 😂, it’s now quite creaky and makes noise whenever we move.
It doesn’t feel overly sturdy for two adults, so I’d probably recommend this bed more for a child or teenager rather than as an everyday bed for a couple.
Nice bed frame, bad assemblyChrisWhile the bed frame overall is great, and the storage underneath holds a fair bit, the way the bed frame is put together leaves a lot to be desired. I had to get some brackets for the center part of the frame, as it swung around far too easily, and I ended up damaging the two side pieces. Given that it also ends up floating, supported at the ends by the sides/front/back, a bracket with feet would make putting the frame together much easier.
Poor QualitySkyeIKEA furniture has really gone downhill the last several years.
The bed is ok once put together but it’s not something you could disassemble again and move elsewhere.
The boards are very thin and split if you don’t get the screw in the exact right spot.
The screws are all cheap aluminium so you have to put them all in by hand and keep steady pressure on them. Can’t use a drill or power screwdriver because the heads all strip within seconds.
Ended up having to race to Bunnings to replace a lot of the screws because the heads stripped before I had them screwed in halfway.

Such a good bed!LisaGreat strong bed with storage. Available unlike other local stores who have long waits on purchase. Just be aware Ikea will only assemble if it’s anchored against a wall which is not possible (or needed) in my rental.
So much storageRobynI love the look of the bed and headboard and there is so much storage for everything! Extra bedding, pillows, winter clothes in the drawers and space for chargers, books and other necessities in the headboard. So happy!
So much storage, comfortable, functional and highMarkBeing able to just roll into bed rather than fall in, knowing there are four huge storage containers saving you cupboard space and helping keep things at your fingertips. The headboard is a lifesaver, touch lighting above our heads and lots of space to store water, books, phones and chargers. We still can't fill it up. So it feels spacious and generous in size and nothing is cramped.

Excellent purchase. DeborahLooked around for a bed that would suit my needs. This has been a great purchase. The bed head has so much storage so bedside cupboards are not required. Because of the four drawers under the mattress the bed does become a bit higher than others which maybe inconvenient for a shorter person. I’m tall so it doesn’t matter. Just looks neat and tidy in my room. Got an installer to put the bed together and this was another case of money well spent cc

I love my Brimmes bedroom set. Especially all the storage both underneath and in the bed head. LeaI am more than happy with my new mattress. It's very very comfortable and the selling point for me was the very reasonable price. Highly recommend Ikea mattress's.

Excellent bed & great value LisaEasy to build. Great for smaller space that lacks room for side tables as the storage shelves on each side is ample. Strong & study and gives extra support for your matress with the metal crossbars under the slats. Separate head board makes it easy to move if needed. Underbed storage holds all my bedding, shoes & a spare for my bits & pieces.
