Best garlic press everVeronikaDespite its price, the "modest" Koncis is one of the best garlic presses I have ever used. The only negative note is that its lifespan is not more than 3 or 4 years, as the hinge tends to crack after a while, probably due to the poor quality of the metal and the poor manufacturing process. However, even if it needs to be replaced every 4 years, the tag price of $4 still makes it a very good buy.5

They’ve changed it .. and not on a good way.MarkWe have bought a number of these Garlic Crushers for different places and friends. One broke after much use and we bought two more online. IKEA have used lighter gauge material and the crusher feels much less solid.. not happy about that.2
