SANDLÖPARE collection

In the SANDLÖPARE collection, you will meet fascinating animals with incredible abilities that help them to survive on the hot and sometimes hostile African savannah.

The savannah is home to some of the world’s most fascinating animals. In the SANDLÖPARE children’s collection, you will meet social meerkats, fast cheetahs, tall giraffes and many more characters. Which one will be your favourite?

Get to know the savannah

The savannah covers approximately 20% of the Earth's land surface, spanning Africa, Australia, South America, and Asia. It’s a grassland with scattered trees and seasonal rain. Chimpanzees share 98% of our genes, show emotions, hug, play pranks, and communicate with gestures and sounds.

Camouflage the bed with a savannah bed curtain

If you want to bring the savannah home with just one piece, the KURA bed curtain with animal print is the thing to get. These three panelled curtains made to fit the KURA bed, works no matter what position the bed is in and quickly transforms your bed into an animal kingdom.

Hide but never seek with themed storage

Storage can feel like a boring necessity for any children’s room. But it doesn’t have to be. With the SANDLÖPARE storage trunk and bags, tidying up becomes part of the game.

The fast but fragile cheetah

The cheetah is the world’s fastest land animal and Africa’s most endangered big cat, reaching speeds up to 110 km/h. As farmland expands, cheetahs lose habitat and face increased threats from predators and competition for food.

Curiosity for conservation

The animals in the wild might feel far away but there is a lot you can do to help them, even from your own home. And you have already taken the first step by learning more about the animals and understanding their struggles. Here are some other examples of how you can help:

Protect nature: Make sure to take care of nature and never leave behind trash that could harm the animals.

Let the wild remain wild: Wild animals are not ours to keep. They have their own families and homes to return to and should not be cuddled with. That’s what we have soft toys for.
