3 ways to organize using LURT racks

09-Jan-2018
Here are three different ways you can use a basic, budget-friendly rack with knobs, LURT. Sometimes you only need a little push to discover the full range of possibilities the stuff around you has.
Looking for new kid’s storage ideas? Try organizing the kids clothes on racks with knobs. Here we used LURT rack for 6 knobs in solid pine. You decide on the look of the rack yourself by choosing the knobs.
Want new bedroom storage ideas for the kids? Use a rack and personalize the different knobs with a gym bag in a different color for each child. Try GUBBARP knob in white made from recycled plastic!
1. Surprise your kids and save time in the morning by preparing their outfits the night before and hanging them on their own rack. Personalize each one with a gym bag in a different color so they can easily find their things. Let the little ones choose their favorite knob too!
Want wall storage ideas for your hall? Try this idea with IKEA LURT rack hanging vertically to become the perfect place to hang up keys (next to the door). Just attach modern knobs, such as HACKÅS!
2. Turn LURT ninety degrees clockwise, and you have a vertical key holder. This way you can just grab and go when you’re rushing out. We went for sleek knobs for a modern look that that fits into a small space next to the front door.
Need new bedroom storage ideas? Hang your jewelry on a rack! IKEA has a lot of affordable racks for your bedroom storage. Accessorize with beautiful leather handles such as ÖSTERNÄS!
3. Have a hard time finding your jewelry in the morning? Try organizing your bling on a wall rack. Hang it so that you can reach things from your bed and see what you’re looking for at a glance. You can personalize it with any knobs from the IKEA kitchen range too.
We love to see our customers get creative with our products. Go for it! But please note that altering or modifying IKEA products so they can no longer be re-sold or used for their original purpose, means the IKEA commercial warranties and your right to return the products will be lost.
