Looks nice, isn't functionalAlexLike the title says, it is a nice looking lamp, but the charging pad doesn't work unless your phone is flush with the pad in specific spots. Newer generation iPhones like mine struggle since the camera slightly protrudes, lifting the phone off the charging pad - if I angle it just right I can get it to work, but then the charging pad isn't as seamless as predicted.
Also, the neck doesn't seem to support the head very well - unless you tighten it with a screwdriver, the neck + head do not allow a wide range of motion considering the lamp collapses in on itself when a little too low. Again, I know I can workaround this by tightening it myself, but for $80 I at least expected something I can adjust using just fingers and no additional tools.
I've had this lamp for over a month and I really tried to give it a chance, but at this point can't justify spending $80.2

My only complaint would be that the bulb is not a normal base. The picture on the box appeared to be a regular bulb but it is NOT. I got home and had to go back out for a bulb, hence only 4 stars.4

AnonymousIt's surprisingly hard to find desk lamps that actually fit into a work environment. This one is the winner. The adjustments are easy, but the lamp swivel joints aren't loose. Again, this seems like an obvious thing to have, but it's decidedly uncommon. The charger in the desk lamp is super convenient, too. More than worth the money!5
Love this combination and design!ModernistaI am using these lamps as bedside table lamps for lighting and for charging my phone, so I am OK with the 5 watt charging since the phone will charge overnight. I also appreciate the additional USB port in the back of the base of the lamp, it allows the watch charger dock to be connected without the cord being highly visible. It does take a little practice to figure out how to place the phone on the charger mat so that one knows the phone is definitely charging, but it easy to get the hang of. The lighting, if using the recommended bulb, is appropriate for night time reading. Very pleased.5
