Great valueNatalieI wanted a café curtain for my kitchen window. A solid brass rod is the eventual plan, but this affordable, metal, customizable, great sized! option will serve as a privacy placeholder for now. It comes with mounting brackets (no screws) & oversized plastic finials that look like doughnuts. I will be discarding the finials & DIY-ing more suitable replacements, swapping out the brackets for something that hugs the window better (these sit just over 3” off the wall), and spray painting everything gold. I was impatient to see it installed so it’s currently employed unaltered (minus the doughnuts, lol), with my new linen curtains attached to some extra brass SYRLIG rings I had on hand. The rings are too big (please consider bringing in a smaller size!), but even this temporary set-up looks SO GOOD. A flimsy plastic rod from a bigbox store costs way more than the IRJA’s $3 pricetag, so you honestly can’t go wrong here. 4/5 because it needs swappable finial options like the other rods have.4
