Nice Quality Bamboo But...?WaanitaI wouldn't consider this size to be appropriate for a traditional lettuce salad bowl. The measurements on the description is 5" but I measured to be sure on the top from the outside rim and it's 4 5/8". I'm a kitchen connoisseur therefore this size would be appropriate for a fruit bowl or one large scoop of ice cream. I regret buying this size and should have selected the 8". 5

Well madeMarkWell-made! Great product and great wood. Especially for the price that is charged. The finish on the product seems to be very dirk durable. I however, do not submerse or a blower to sit in water. I do wash it with a soapy, wet cloth and give it a quick rinse and dry it immediately. I’ve used it for salads, snacks, snacks, like nuts and chips, etc. love you dearly. It would also make a very good landing spot for keys and other important.
