Gorgeous tableJohnWe picked the table up at IKEA in the morning … brought it home and put it together and we had lunch on the new table. It fits our dining area well and we can extend the table when needed. The solid wood base is very heavy and the table is solid no risk of tipping at all. The table goes well with our IKEA chairs that are dark espresso brown that we bought 8 years ago. Highly recommend this table. Excellent price and exceptional value.5

I love this tableLaurieThis definitely takes 2 to assemble but it is not difficult. It looks lovely in my dining area and I am pleased with the grey colour. I bought chairs with it, grey wasn't available for the ones I liked so I bought them in white. They look fine. The only issue --I am very disappointed that IKEA is discontinuing / retiring this line. 5

Design flaw - leaf warps EmilyBeware of buying if you have small children. We use the leaf when family comes to visit but otherwise we close it up. One of my kids spilled a drink or something and it didn't get cleaned up properly. The leaf is now warped. This is a flaw in design as the leaf sits inside the table when not in use, which is convenient but not so much when it warps easily and is not a replaceable part. Had I known this, I would have gotten the rectangular version. I'm very sad as its a brand new table and I really love the look of it. 3

I Love This TableLindaThis table is very solid - no chance of tipping over. It looks beautiful and is even nicer than I hoped. The tabletop looks very good, but I have used a patterned tablecloth as I wanted to break up the overall black color of the table and four chairs. Placemats would also look nice. I assembled it myself and I took my time. I needed help to set it upright once done. You have to ensure to hammer in the wooden dowels as far as they will go to get a tight fit of the pedestal feet. Very very happy.5
