No geniuses during design AlThis would have worked beautifully well 10y ago without complaints. Resentfully, the fact there are Zero, I REPEAT, ZZZZEEEERRRROOOOO USB-C OUTLETS, and for hefty $40, is beyond my level of criticism. I won't insult but your design team need to read this and wake up. Customer service response isn't good enough. Needs a few 75Watt usb-c outlet installed. My mouse is usb-c, so is my 60W phone, 100W battery pack charger, 75W laptop and tablets, etc. What am I going to do with dual 2.5Watt usb-A outlets, a 10hour cell phone charge? No quality control at all. Fire them.
