When you arrive, follow the signs to the Click and collect parking, enter the store through the lifts to the ground floor and proceed to Click and collect counters 8 & 9 to collect your order.

Order before 9 am and pick up after 12 pm

Order before 3 pm and pick up after 6 pm
Wheelchair trolleys
Wheelchair trolleys are available at the store entrance. Please speak to a co-worker for assistance.

Assistance animals
Assistance animals are welcome in IKEA stores. Please keep your support animal under control and clean up after them. Otherwise, you may be kindly asked to remove your animal from the store.

Disability parking
Family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking is available near the store entrance.

Assisted car loading
If you require assistance lifting heavy items into your vehicle, we are more than happy to help. Assistance to load your vehicle is available between 10 am and 3 pm. Outside of these times please ask a co-worker for assistance. Service is located at the Click and collect counters.
