4 out of 6 glasses arrived brokenIrfanI was really disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a set of 6 REKO glasses, and when the parcel arrived, 4 of them were completely shattered. The packaging didn’t seem secure enough for fragile items, and I couldn’t find a clear way to lodge a complaint or request a replacement. It’s frustrating to receive damaged goods and not know where to turn for help. I expected better quality control and customer support from IKEA
OkMuhammadGood product in that price
1 glass was brokenBarbaraI found one glass broken when I opened the box, I could have sent the whole lot back but the cost of return postage didn’t make it an option.

Just the right size for little hands!RochanaBought these to replace the kids plastic cups as we are trying to limit 'plastics' in our home and these are the perfect size for little hands... also make for a nice little glass in the bathroom for rinsing after teeth brushing!
Thanks Ikea for yet another fantastic item :)
