UnusableBrodieWorked the first time. Have tried it twice since and it’s conducting heat from somewhere other than the probe. Says the meat is 70C after 10min and when it’s still raw on the outside

Great for candy makingSherelleBought this for making lollipops for my child’s market day. Able to set & leave until alarm signals temperature has been reached. Best thermometer ever! Only down side was that the local store didn’t stock it- had to buy online.
