Since the fabric will shrink when washing it is a good idea to wash the curtains prior to cutting/hemming.
Use SY iron-on hemming strip to shorten the curtains without sewing.
32 gliders and hooks are usually recommended for each curtain with a width of 118⅛". You can increase or decrease the number depending on whether you want narrower or fuller folds in the pleats.
Shrinkage maximum 4%.
Machine wash warm, normal cycle.

Beautiful fabricAlexandraI bought two of these for a row of north-facing windows, replacing four of Ikea’s cheaper curtains that never seemed to hang evenly. These have a lovely weight, drape beautifully, and the woven pattern adds texture and interest. As other have mentioned, the tone leans cream rather than bright white, but once they’re up, it isn’t very noticeable, even in a white-painted room. 5
Disappointed JingyuThis product initially seemed perfect in size and material and heading for my 108" x 99" window – I was genuinely delighted with its appearance online.
However, my experience was quite frustrating. My first order arrived with a defective piece; the top seam wasn't sewn all together. After returning and reordering, I finally received a new piece that was properly constructed.
But after installing, to my surprise, it is too short. I measured, the curtain length is actually 91" (one end is slightly longer than the other) instead of the advertised 98". 3
